We have changed some of our practice procedures to enable us to adhere to Government guidelines relating to Coronavirus. This is in order to protect our patients and staff alike.
These guidelines are regularly being updated so we hope you will understand if we ask different things of you from one appointment to another.
You will be sent a Coronavirus questionnaire prior to attending the practice and we ask that you contact us if there is any chance that you might be suffering from any of the symptoms or have recently come into contact with anyone with symptoms.
If you are especially vulnerable due to medical conditions, again please contact us so that we can make sure you are adequately protected.
You might be asked to wait outside the practice when you attend – this is so that we can control the number of people in the practice at any one time.
We will take your temperature on arrival and ask you to use hand gel.
Please wear a mask whilst in the practice unless asked to remove it by a member of staff.
