We are close to Wokingham Railway station making us easy to find and very convenient for commuters. Two of our seven treatment rooms are on the ground floor and can provide access for patients with disabilities. We regret that due to building limitations we do not have a disabled toilet. Please call in advance if you require any assistance.
We aim to see our registered patients with dental emergencies on the same working day, so please contact us as early as possible to arrange an emergency appointment. In the event of a dental emergency, please call us immediately on 01189 783 815 so that we can arrange an appointment as quickly and conveniently as possible for you. If your call is outside of our normal office hours, a recorded message will explain what to do.

We aim to make your treatment as pleasant as possible every time you visit us. However, if you feel you have not been treated as you would have liked, or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our practice, we want to know. It is only through hearing from you that we can help and improve our service.
Please mention your concerns in the first instance to your dentist. Beechcroft Dental operates an in-house complaints procedure that adheres to nationally agreed criteria. We aim to respond to verbal complaints within 24 hours and written ones within three working days.
