YOUR FIRST VISIT
We take great pride in the quality of care we provide and always seek to allow ample time to ensure we offer a relaxed, enjoyable and unhurried service to our patients. We listen to our patients and offer convenient early and late appointments, same-day emergency care and on-call dentists at the weekend.
Your initial consultation will last around 40 minutes, which allow us plenty of time to get to know you and includes a thorough examination of your teeth, mouth and gums. Your dentist will discuss your medical history and smile aspirations, and give you the opportunity to ask us questions about your dental health. If necessary, you will also have x-rays taken.
At the end of the examination we will provide you with a full explanation and detailed treatment plan, including a breakdown of costs.
Before your first appointment you will be sent an email asking you to fill in your details and answer a medical questionnaire – please make sure you do this before attending
Children must be accompanied by an adult who can give consent.
